Parent and coaching meeting Q and A on Tuesday 26th June.

Dear parents,

Since taking over the position as Head of Swimming at Kilmarnock 4 weeks ago, I have been busy behind the scenes finding out about our club and how best to plan for our future, and of course attending swim meets. Please accept my apologies if I have not yet introduced myself directly to you or your child, and secondly for not having set up an introductory parents meeting to date.

This leads me nicely on to the purpose of this message. I would like to invite all the lovely mums, dads and/or guardians at Kilmarnock ASC to an informal parent-coaches meeting next Tuesday 26th June at 7pm. It will be held in the upstairs meeting room whilst the swimmers end of season fun session is taking place.

The purpose of the meeting is to twofold. First and foremost, to meet everyone directly and say hello. Secondly, it is to review future plans and ideas for Kilmarnock swim club moving in to the 2018/2019 season and share the direction i would like to steer our club over time with the help of the board, our coaches and all our fantastic volunteers.

I look forward to meeting everyone on Tuesday. Can you please leave a message and indicate if you are able to attend.

Many Thanks TEAM!

Adam Fulton
